On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen with an open dining area. Utility room at the back, including a laundry area with a washer and dryer. A 32-square-meter living room spanning the width of the house, featuring numerous French doors that open onto a beautiful, sheltered terrace with no neighbors directly across. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and a special atmosphere to the space. Firewood provided. Bedroom with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and private toilet). Separate toilet with sink. Upstairs: 3 separate bedrooms accessed via a colonial-style hallway, including 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 queen-size bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds on the floor (90x200) and two bunk beds (2 beds, 90 x 190). They guarantee you complete privacy while adhering to health guidelines.
