A workation is a working week somewhere else: you do your normal work, but together, in a place that is not the office. It suits remote and hybrid teams that rarely see each other, and teams that want time together without stopping work for a week.
What matters is that the work keeps going: good Wi-Fi, enough desks, quiet places for calls. A château or estate adds what an office lacks: long lunches outside, a walk at the end of the day and dinners together.

What is the difference between a workation and an offsite?
On a workation the team does its normal work in another place; an offsite is about a programme, such as strategy sessions or team building. Many teams combine the two in one week.
Which venues are suitable for working?
Every venue page lists the meeting rooms, desks and Wi-Fi. What a venue has not confirmed yet is marked, and we check it before you book.
How long is a typical team workation?
Usually a working week of four or five nights. Shorter trips work too when the venue is close, for example in Flanders or the north of France.
