The Loire Valley is France's château country: between Sully-sur-Loire and Chalonnes-sur-Loire the river landscape is a UNESCO World Heritage site, lined with castles, manors and wine estates. Many of them now host groups, which makes the region a natural fit for a team offsite or workation.
From the Netherlands and Belgium it is a long day's drive, or a train trip via Paris, where fast trains reach Tours, Blois and Angers in one to two hours. Days can be spent working in a castle's salons and evenings on a terrace, with walks, bike rides along the Loire à Vélo route or a wine tasting in between.
