On the first floor, the gîte comprises an entrance hall, a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, a storeroom, a library and games area, 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 90 and private shower room) (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 90 and private shower room) (2 twin beds 80) (2 twin beds 80, accessible for disabled people), 3 independent WCs including one for disabled people, 2 independent shower rooms including one for disabled people with WC. Upstairs 1 bedroom (4 twin beds 90). Wifi. TV. In an adjoining building, an indoor swimming pool (3.50x7m) heated all year round, and sanitary facilities with WC. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, unenclosed grounds of 4,000 m² including a secure complex of ponds and a meadow. Private parking in front of the gîte. Gite located close to farms (rabbits, cattle). Cleaning included, bed linen provided (beds made on arrival) and towels supplied. Tourist tax extra. Baby equipment on request.
