Just a stone's throw from the Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park, you'll enjoy the proximity of William Christie's gardens (6.3 km), the medieval town of Vouvant (21 km), the town of Luçon (25 km) and the Mervent forest (26 km). You can also take a trip to La Rochelle (58 km). This renovated house comprises, on the first floor (access via 6 steps), a living room/kitchen with fireplace, a bedroom with 2 twin 80cm beds (electric slatted bedsprings) with private shower room/WC, an independent shower room/WC and a laundry room. The first floor comprises two non-communicating areas. In the first, you'll find a bedroom with a 180cm bed and its own shower room, two bedrooms with 160cm beds, a bathroom and an independent toilet. The second area, with its sloping ceiling (1.20 m at its lowest point), comprises a bedroom with three 80cm beds (two of which can be twinned), a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, and a separate toilet. Access to this part of the floor is via a steep miller's staircase. Outside, you'll find a wooded garden with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, brazier and heated swimming pool (4 x 10 m), open from May to September. A garage is available in an outbuilding, and a private plot in front of the house provides parking for two cars. Interior steps are provided throughout the accommodation.
