Le Marlaya

Welcome to Marlaya, a large group holiday cottage sleeping 15 people in the heart of the Lakes region, accessible to people with reduced mobility – you’re sure to love it! The gîte is situated just a stone’s throw from Lake Vouglans. Access to the gîte is at ground level, opening onto a spacious open-plan kitchen-and-living area. On the ground floor, there is a triple bedroom (sleeps 3) with the option to install medical beds, as well as a bathroom and toilet adapted for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, a large mezzanine area sleeps five, with screens to create two separate ‘sleeping’ areas, and leads to two double bedrooms (each with two single beds), one triple bedroom, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Less than a hundred metres from the woodland, our group holiday cottage is situated on the edge of a small clearing, welcoming guests with a large wooden terrace. Surrounded by nature, a hectare of undulating land stretches out at the foot of the gîte, inviting you to take a stroll through its sparse woodland and across a vast meadow stretching to the horizon.
