Le Clos Latour

Located in the heart of Burgundy, this late 19th-century bourgeois estate has been completely restored in a contemporary style that respects the historic structure of the property. The property consists of two independent houses, “Le Manoir” and “La Maison Rouge,” each capable of accommodating 12 to 13 people, for a total of 26 people on the property. On the ground floor of Le Manoir, there is a dining room that seats 25 people, two living rooms, a kitchen, and a pantry. On the first floor: a large TV lounge; a bedroom with a 160-bed; a bathroom and toilet; a bedroom with a 160-bed and a sofa bed; and a laundry room with a toilet and bathroom. On the second floor: a spacious bedroom with two 90-cm beds that can be joined to form a 180-cm bed, featuring a shower, a claw-foot bathtub, two sinks, and a toilet; one bedroom with two 90-cm beds; and two bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed. In the basement: a majestic cellar accessible from the park. La Maison Rouge features, on the ground floor, a living room with an open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a lounge with a piano (not tuned). On the first floor: a bedroom with two 90-cm beds, a bathroom with a shower and toilet; a bedroom with two 90-cm beds connected to a small bedroom with one 90-cm bed and one extra bed, a shower room, and a toilet. On the second floor: a bedroom with one 180-bed and one 80-bed, a bathroom, and a toilet; a final bedroom with four 90-beds, a shower room, and a toilet. Sheets, electricity, oil and gas heating included (to be used reasonably). 7,500 m² walled grounds. Unheated pool with an automated retractable cover reserved for guests (closed from November to April). Parking in an enclosed courtyard. For everyone’s enjoyment: a trampoline, swings, ping-pong, and foosball.
