On the edge of the Parc de Brière, in a natural, preserved and romantic setting, Château du Deffay, a neo-Renaissance building, welcomes you for a refined stay. Experience château life in one of the 3 bedrooms, and extend the dream to your receptions and weddings. On the edge of the Grande Brière park, Château du Deffay lies at the heart of a romantic landscape of woods and ponds. The land of Le Deffay has been an important seigneurial estate since the 15th century, and the current neo-Renaissance château, inhabited by the family for five generations, evokes the rich history of the area, in particular the Vendée epic of the Duchesse de Berry in 1832. The beautiful interior architecture - grand salons with antique furnishings, double-flight staircase, spacious and comfortable bedrooms - is the living environment of the young couple who live here, giving new life to these premises where they will welcome you as friends. To make your stay even more unforgettable, we offer a magical reception venue for all your family events, cocktails, galas, garden parties, soirées and surprise parties. Open all year round for rooms and from April to October for weddings Chambre Mademoiselle: 110? per night including breakfast for 2 people Chambre Violette: 150? per night including breakfast for 2 people Suite de Madame: 220? per night including breakfast for 4 people
