LA BELLE IMPASSE

Come and spend a convivial moment with family, friends or colleagues in our 220 m² fully renovated outbuilding. It's located in the heart of Campbon, but in the background. You'll have all the advantages of being close to the shops, yet in a peaceful setting. On the square you'll find an excellent bakery and a cosy bar. There's also a wine shop, a bank and a small supermarket, and on Saturday mornings you can take advantage of the small market on the square. Not far from the house, you can stroll along the lake or cast your line. The voie verte is a very pleasant walk. The GR is also very close to the house. The first floor comprises a living area of approx. 100 m² with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen (2 fridges, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, toaster and waffle maker), a shower room with toilet. The living room features a large wood-burning stove, TV with Chromecast, table soccer and board games. Upstairs, the landing leads to 4 large bedrooms, one with its own shower room and toilet, a large shared shower room with 2 showers and a separate toilet. A cot, iron and ironing board are available. Showers are equipped with a hair and body soap dispenser. Wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Fully enclosed garden with stone walls and deckchairs. On arrival, beds will be made up and towels carefully stored in each room. Washing-up liquid, sponges and tea towels are available in the kitchen.
