L’Etape Matourine

Elegant 19th century mansion full of character, steeped in history - carefully renovated in the spirit of a warm family home - nestled on a 7000m² property located on a south-facing hillside on the edge of meadows. Particularly well-kept, the estate offers a vast enclosed garden surrounded by a perimeter wall without vis-à-vis (trees, plants and flowers) with a small secure pond (with fish), a swing, a large gravel courtyard (terrace and pétanque!) & a pleasant terrace under an arbour. It also has a large natural space (orchard & meadows) neighboring an enclosed play area with a real basketball court and ping-pong table.
