This spacious holiday cottage is set in a beautiful stone house, typical of the region, adjoining the owners’ home and carefully renovated to offer comfort and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll be charmed by the historic character and warm atmosphere of this house, which is ideal for get-togethers with family or friends. The ground floor comprises a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood-pellet stove, a cosy lounge, two bedrooms – one with two pull-out beds, the second with one double bed (160×200), a shower room and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there are four further bedrooms: two bedrooms, each with one double bed (140 × 190), one bedroom with one double bed (140 × 190) and two single beds, a second shower room and a separate toilet, offering everyone space and privacy. Outside, you can enjoy a large 1,500 m² garden and a terrace equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers. This holiday cottage is an ideal base for exploring Poligny, the capital of the Comté region, Baume-les-Messieurs and Château-Chalon, listed among the most beautiful villages in France. Lovers of outdoor activities will not be disappointed, as there are numerous hiking trails close to the gîte. A cleaning fee of 130 euros will be automatically applied at the time of booking. Additional information: the holiday cottage is accessed via around ten steps, both outside and inside. A double bed (140×190) placed against the wall is counted as one person. Pets are allowed EXCEPT category 1 dogs.
