Fishing available. Inside: fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto living room, shower room with double washbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer, wc. Baby facilities. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with a 90x190 bed and 2 90x190 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and its own shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility (shower and wc), a lounge with TV, DVD player and 2 guitars. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160x200 bed, separate toilet, 1 shower room with large shower and double washbasin; a large living room with library, table football and pool table. On the 2nd floor, accessible by a spiral staircase: small bedroom in the attic with 2 beds 90x190. All the mattresses are very comfortable and rest on wooden pallets. All-inclusive accommodation: bed linen provided with beds made up on arrival, towels, kitchen linen, end-of-stay cleaning (subject to the gîte being returned in good condition), wood, heating and electricity. Up to 2 pets allowed: €10/day/pet Ideal for a large family Avallon 35 minutes away, Guédelon medieval site and St Fargeau castle 45 minutes away, Vézelay Basilica 20 minutes away, Morvan Regional Nature Park 35 minutes away. The accommodation does not accept noisy festive events. The accommodation is not equipped to recharge an electric/hybrid vehicle.
