Gîte comprising: living room (36m²) with fireplace, equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms for 3 or 4 people with 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs + 2 independent wooden chalets (each for 4 people with 1 bed 140x190 + 2 bunk beds, bathroom and WC). Price per person = €23/night minimum stay 2 nights. Electric heating. Wood: €48 per stere. Large enclosed courtyard and green areas, garden. Stables (boxes and paddocks on request), kennels. Private pond and river available approximately 200 and 500 m from the gîte. Sheets and towels for hire (€7.50). Housework available (€14.50 per hour). Mountain bike hire. Rates for weekends, weeks and groups (quote/application).
