ACCOMMODATES UP TO 15 PEOPLE; PROXIMITY TO A CARETAKER'S HOUSE. 8 km from Le Mans, 15 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans racetrack, in the heart of the countryside, with no neighbors, we offer a 3-star-rated furnished vacation rental (farmhouse) for your family gatherings or get-togethers with friends, accommodating up to 14 people (adults + children). Stays include weekends (minimum 2 nights), long weekends with a bridge day, week-long stays, etc. The rate includes water, firewood for the fireplace if needed, cleaning supplies, and electricity. The cleaning fee is 100 €. This is not optional. No cleaning is required upon departure. Optional: bed linens provided with beds made upon arrival at the cottage for 15 euros per bed; this is mandatory and subject to an additional charge for business stays.
