Château de la Corbette

Anne-Marie & Heinz open the doors of a delightful 1850 castle steeped in history, nestled on a balcony, on a west-facing hillside, in the wooded foothills of the South Burgundy massif and the vast Cluny state forest (a wilderness area partly protected as a "Natura 2000 zone", dotted with hiking and mountain bike trails in the heart of nature and panoramic viewpoints). Pleasant green setting on the edge of meadows, in a residential area overlooking the bucolic Grosne valley on the first heights of the famous abbey town with the prestigious "European Heritage" label (all amenities on site). In the middle of the countryside, a stone's throw from the monastic centre with its priceless historical heritage, the spiritual heart of medieval Europe. Spacious gîte with very good comfort.
