All year round, you'll enjoy an indoor heated swimming pool, a wellness area with infrared cabin, a billiard table and a home cinema for unforgettable moments with family and friends. The house features covered and uncovered terraces, ideal for enjoying the surrounding calm at any time of day. On the first floor, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, freezer), a cosy living room, a bright veranda, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, three further bedrooms and a shower room with WC complete the sleeping area. The basement is entirely dedicated to relaxation and comfort, with a recreation room, equipped laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer), shower, WC and direct access to the swimming pool. All amenities are just 7 km away. Bed linen is provided and utilities are included for a worry-free stay. Tourist tax not included. Rates are adjusted according to the number of guests over 15. Outside weekends and school vacations, rentals are available for a minimum of 2 nights.
