Gîte – La Grange aux Hirondelles

The strength of this gîte lies in the fact that it offers both a rare capacity of 15 people and a high level of comfort, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Bedding is provided, unless otherwise requested. The 250 m² house features spacious living areas on the first floor, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace and TV. The bedrooms and children?s area are upstairs. The gîte used to be part of an old farm, whose garden and outbuildings (garage, ping-pong room, garden shed) are available to you as a matter of course, or on special request (barn, château grounds). Les Hirondelles' little extras: fiber and wifi internet access, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), weight bench, garden furniture including barbecue. Located opposite the Château de Xonville (which can be visited on request), in the heart of Lorraine, the gîte will appeal to history buffs too, thanks to its proximity to numerous places of remembrance (forts, Verdun battlefields, Gravelotte museum, etc.). Nature lovers will not be outdone by the many hiking and biking trails in the surrounding countryside (étangs de Lachaussée, bird sanctuary), as well as the opportunity to relax and enjoy a variety of activities at Lac de Madine, the largest lake in Lorraine. Thrill-seekers will enjoy the adrenalin-pumping racetrack and the many aeronautical activities on offer at Chambley aerodrome, less than 10 minutes from the B&B.
