In an old isolated mill, nestled in the greenery and the Ardennes forest, 5 personalised guest rooms, with character. From the dining room with its rustic charm, you can even see the huge wheel that used to run the mill. Discover the life in Gironval, where we eat the vegetables of the garden, where we make our cider and apple juice in an artisanal way, with old local varieties! There is a fishing pond on the property, where you can practice your favourite activity, on request to Mr. and Mrs. Ayer. The perfect place to get in touch with nature and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Reservations are required for all the services offered by the establishment. Meals are served every Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime by reservation, and every day of the week for groups. Mr. and Mrs. Ayer adapt to your diet and offer vegetarian and vegan dishes, and gluten-free. Annual closure from 15 to 30 August.
