Group accommodation for 30+ people in Flanders
· By BookWorkations editors
For a team of thirty or more, the accommodation decides the programme. You need enough sleeping places, one large room for plenary sessions and preferably several rooms for working groups. Flanders has many group houses and large holiday homes. The list below shows the venues in Flanders with sleeping places for 30 people or more. It is read live from our database: premium listings and venues with a photo come first.
Questions to ask before you request a group stay
Sleeping places do not tell the whole story. Ask whether everyone sleeps in the main building or in separate houses, and how far apart they are. Ask whether the dining room can seat the whole group at once, and how many people fit in the meeting room when the tables are set in rows.
Check the travel time on each card against your starting point, and ask about exclusive use and catering in your request. That way you know what the stay costs before you commit.
