The "Une étape à la Mine" gîte, rated 4 épis by Gîte de France, offers unique 210m² accommodation in the heart of the Parc Explor Wendel. Air-conditioned and with 6 bedrooms (including a master suite), it can accommodate up to 15 people. Each room has a private bathroom, toilet, coffee-making facilities, refrigerator and safe. Communal areas include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, library, billiards table and Zen area with hydro-massage table. It is possible to rent the entire gîte for 14 people, or to reserve a room. After an immersive night's sleep, a homemade continental breakfast is served in the Kaffeeklatsch tea room, the perfect way to start the day. In fine weather, a container pool overlooking the mining installations and an outdoor Jacuzzi complete the wellness offering. Direct access to the Museums Les Mineurs Wendel and La Mine Wendel makes it easy to discover the local heritage, with guided tours available at preferential rates. The Le Mine 904 restaurant offers on-site catering options. Close to major roads and the German border, the B&B is ideal for exploring sites such as the Völklinger Hütte, Forbach and Metz. In winter, it's the perfect base for exploring the Moselle Christmas markets.
