On the ground floor, you step into a spacious, cosy and light-filled living area. The fully fitted kitchen opens onto a pleasant sitting room and library area, ideal for relaxing or reading. The large living room and dining room, covering 60 m², form the heart of the house: a large table seating up to 14 guests, a cosy fireplace, two comfortable sofas and three armchairs. A toilet completes this level. A mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers a relaxation area with a TV corner as well as sleeping accommodation for two people, providing a cosy and intimate space. Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms ranging from 20 to 25 m², all fitted with a double bed and featuring warm wooden flooring and windows that let in plenty of natural light. One bathroom, two shower rooms and three toilets ensure comfort for all occupants. Outside, a large, enclosed, tree-lined plot of 2,000 m² surrounds the property. You’ll enjoy a terrace with a parasol, plenty of garden tables and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as sun loungers for relaxing. Near the pond, a small, detached outbuilding houses an additional furnished bedroom, offering a peaceful setting with a lovely view of the water. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby walking trails and the tranquil countryside setting. The entire house is available to guests so that you can make the most of the property and its peaceful atmosphere. The owner will welcome you on arrival and provide all the information you need for a comfortable stay. They will also be present when you leave to carry out the final inspection.
