On the first floor: Three double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room and WC. One bedroom with two single beds and a third with three single beds. Another bathroom is shared by the other bedrooms. WC. On the second floor: One double bedroom and a second with two single beds. A shower room and a WC. The living areas are spacious and fully equipped: a fully fitted kitchen with two dishwashers, two fridges, a freezer and a range of kitchen appliances (microwave, blender, juicer, toaster), as well as two coffee machines (Nespresso and standard). A utility room with a washing machine is also available. The lounge and relaxation areas are perfect for socialising, featuring a hi-fi system, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player with a film collection, a games console, an upright piano, a pool table and a well-stocked library. Outside, the charm is immediately apparent. The vast, one-hectare garden, filled with trees and flowers, features a secure private swimming pool measuring 11.5 x 5 m (open from 15 May to 15 September), a 40 m² wooden terrace, a boules court (13 x 4 m), a table tennis table, and a range of comfort amenities: deckchairs, sun loungers, parasols and garden furniture. Just below the property, you’ll find a municipal tennis court with free access, as well as a fitness trail. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18-hole course at the Domaine du Roncemay, located about 25 minutes away. La Maison des Pimolles guarantees you a comfortable and friendly stay in an exceptional natural setting, where everyone can feel right at home.
