Ground floor: bright living room with open-plan kitchen (large cooking area), projection room with video projector (2 pull-out beds 90x200), 1 studio bedroom with independent access (bed 140x190), shower room/wc and separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 spacious bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x200 beds + 2 90x200 bunk beds, 3: 160x200 bed + 2 90x200 bunk beds, 4: 160x200 bed), shower room and separate WC. Access to an adjoining barn (shared with the owners, not heated) with table soccer, table tennis, darts and freezer. Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, stereo + vinyl player and baby equipment (cot/high chair/changing mat/bathtub). Included: electricity, wood. Not included: bed linen, towels and tourist tax.
