A renovated historic home that can accommodate 14 people, located in a hamlet near Fontenay-le-Comte, on a property with a private pool. Various spaces have been designed both indoors and outdoors to ensure everyone’s comfort. You’ll enjoy a 120 m² enclosed courtyard at the front with patio furniture and a pétanque court, as well as a second enclosed area of 280 m² at the back featuring a pool, a lawn, garden furniture, lounge chairs, armchairs, a gas grill, a 5-liter Seb Beertender beer dispenser, foosball, and a ping-pong table. Private parking is available, as well as an outdoor kitchen and restrooms (shower and toilet) near the lawn. Private, heated swimming pool (4x7m), open from May to September. You’re 50 km from Puy du Fou and La Rochelle, and 20 km from the Marais Poitevin. The town of Fontenay-le-Comte and its racetrack are 10 km away. The cottage consists of the following on the ground floor: 3 bedrooms, including: 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed and a private bathroom/toilet (wheelchair accessible), 1 bedroom with a 140-cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 160-bed; a full bathroom (shower and bathtub); a separate toilet; a half-bath; a living room; a living room/kitchen; and a lounge area overlooking the pool. Under a covered porch overlooking the pool (with a floor-to-ceiling glass wall that can be fully opened or closed), there is a summer kitchen, a dining area, as well as a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, including 2 with a 140-size bed and 2 with two 90-size beds, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, and a play area for children. Heating included. Air conditioning is not permitted. Optional: Cleaning fee: 200? per stay; Bed linens rental: 12? per double bed and 10? per single bed; Bath linens rental: 8? per person per stay. Additional charges: Tourist tax. A security deposit check and a cleaning fee check must be given to the owner. Any problems with the cottage must be reported within 24 hours.
