Whether you're looking for a vacation getaway or a festive get-together, the Gite des Ganches welcomes you in a natural and relaxing setting, whatever the season. It is located in the commune of Saint-Maixent, in the heart of the Perche region of Sarthe, halfway between Paris and Brittany. It has a capacity of around 50 people, sleeping 15 to 30. The first floor features a reception room for up to 50 seated guests, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one with private shower room and WC, a shared WC and shower room, and a separate bedroom with private shower room and WC accessible via an outside staircase. Outside, unusual accommodations (pod, kota, barrique) each with up to 4 beds. Additional equipment: Sound system ? spotlights - WIFI connection ?
