Manoir des Grandes Vignes

A very elegant, characterful bourgeois residence with Basque influences dating from the early 20th century, steeped in history – one of the first villas in the region to be equipped with "modern" amenities – fully restored as a group gîte managed by "Les Vignerons des Terres Secrètes" (The Winemakers of the Secret Lands), worthy heirs of the historic Mâconnais cooperative movement (tour and tasting offered upon reservation at their cellar and neighboring shop). Peace and tranquility on the edge of vineyards, bordering a picturesque wine-growing village. In the heart of the rolling Mâconnais countryside, nestled in a sublime, unspoiled landscape. Comfortable and very spacious gîte. A slightly vintage atmosphere, enhanced by the truly unique character of the place (reception hall with its magnificent cathedral-like volume, cement tiles, superb ceiling moldings with rosettes, wood paneling, molded doors, imposing central wooden staircase with walkways and railings, original beams and framework...). A magnificent, large terrace sheltered under a historic glass roof, reminiscent of a winter garden. The enclosed grounds include a large courtyard (natural pétanque court) with a spacious terrace area, adjoining a pleasant garden (with a badminton/volleyball net and foosball table). Composition: Detached house. Wi-Fi. Gas central heating. Ground floor: professional kitchen (plus utility room), living room, TV lounge.
