Le petit château

Nestled in the heart of the Champagne region, in the charming village of Baye, Le Petit Château welcomes you for an exceptional stay. The owners, Annemieke and Kris, have passionately restored and renovated this old house from 1900 to open the house and table d'hôtes of their dreams. Inside, they have created 5 rooms of high standing, including a suite and a duplex tower. All of them have a splendid view on the garden or on the courtyard of the Petit Château and have been tastefully furnished by Annemieke. Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet. Guests also have access to the beautiful dining room with fireplace, the lounge, the library and the store in the tower with a selection of delicious local products. Not to mention the large terrace where you can relax with a glass of champagne from the surrounding area! Passionate about gastronomy and the art of entertaining, the couple is fully committed to this new activity. Kris is a chef at heart and Annemieke shines with her hospitality. Kris founded and managed several restaurants between 1993 and 2017 in Antwerp, Belgium, which received outstanding awards in renowned guides such as Gault Millau or Michelin Benelux. Le Petit Château is almost self-sufficient, but take advantage of your stay to discover the village of Baye, a land of old stones, known for its 12th century church (classified as a historical monument) and its former spiritual home. A dive in the heart of the Champagne vineyard, its heritage and its green landscapes!
