Anne & Jean-Marc welcome you to an authentic & very unusual former "rural car garage" carefully revisited, next to the local cooperative winery in the heart of a peaceful little hamlet steeped in history dominated by a majestic 16th century fortified house, a stone's throw from the vineyards & a rare listed three-hundred-year-old oak tree, a true emblem of the village. Tranquility in the gentle rolling Tournuge countryside, protected in ZNIEFF for its rich fauna & flora (adjoining a vast "Natura 2000 Zone"), a soothing preserved setting mixing viticulture, agriculture & nature, nestled in the hollow of a plateau of vineyards & bucolic hedged meadows, surrounded by wooded hills & deep wild forests (offering splendid panoramic views as far as Mont Blanc). Spacious, very comfortable gîte. Exceptional 65m² living room where a table football takes pride of place. A warm, country feel with contemporary accents, interspersed with various decorative nods to the automotive spirit of the place. The rooms offer a colorful, pop-style atmosphere, all themed with large wall posters paying homage to Burgundy. Plenty of charm. Ultra cozy and comfortable. Beautiful property featuring a large courtyard, a pétanque court, a ping-pong table (mölkky & darts), a pleasant, intimate lawned garden, and large terraces (one sheltered under a lean-to). Composition: House adjoining the owners' professional warehouse (no disturbance). Fiber optic Wi-Fi. Heat pump heating. Single storey (ground floor): living room-kitchen-lounge (table football), 5 bedrooms (2 with 1 double bed 160x200cm / 2 with 1 double bed 160x200cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm + 2 single bunk beds 90x190cm), 2 bathrooms (bath + shower in each), 2 separate toilets, laundry room.
