Charming authentic 18th century country house carefully restored, with a traditional "Mâconnais gallery", housing the owner's stables (apart from it), nestled in a quiet area on the edge of his "equestrian arena" & a pasture welcoming his horses in season. On the edge of a lane, a stone's throw from the vineyards, in the heart of a small typical & commercial village (11th century Romanesque church, 18th century four-arched stone bridge...), nestled on the banks of the Guye at the foot of a vast wild forest massif with a literal "Sea of Stones" (geological curiosity made up of several clearings of granite blocks of all sizes over nearly a kilometer). Soothing gentle rolling countryside surroundings combining magnificent bocage, ponds, woods & rivers, offering various panoramic "belvederes" (up to Mont-Blanc on a clear day!). Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Warm country charm with contemporary accents, enhanced by the rich traces of the original building (floor tiles, fireplace mantel, beams & ceilings, stone wall, etc.) as well as by unusual "panoramic skylights" overlooking the stables & horses! Plenty of charm. Ultra cozy & comfortable. Soft & refined atmosphere. Exposed & shaded terrace overlooking a natural garden including a 6-seater outdoor spa & pétanque court. Pleasant unobstructed view. Composition: House including the owner's private stables. Wi-Fi (fiberglass). Heat pump heating. Air conditioning. 1st floor (level access from the parking lot): kitchen-living room, living room, 3 bedrooms with TV (double bed 160x200cm / 2 x 2 single bunk beds 90x190cm / double bed 140x190cm), bathroom (bathtub + shower), 2 separate toilets. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with TV, including 1 for disabled access (double bed 160x200cm / double bed 140x190cm / double bed 160x200cm), disabled access bathroom (shower), separate disabled access toilet.
